High-speed cart dumpers feed a multi-station sort deck. Each operator station comes with a SmartStation touchscreen, providing feedback and item details. Sorted linens drop to monorail bags that move in and out of the deck, automatically, with no sorting delays during bag change out. ## Sort to Cart Sorting directly to carts provides an economical semi-automated approach to soiled linen processing. Full carts are transferred manually to a bag lift station where bags are lifted into bag storage and then automatically called to the wash aisle. ## Best In Class Rail System Softrol’s round steel rail is industrially hardened and operates smoothly with maximum wear protection. Our system includes Melonited rail, hardened and Melonited stop sections, and industrial size cast trollies. Softrol Rail also includes an advanced control system that includes a high-speed DFX embedded processor core, an ArcNet network integration distributed system, and our LOIS Pan-and-Zoom touchscreen technology. Aside from a smooth operating function, this control system provides a rich array of reporting data available to assist with the management and process decisions. ## Virtual Rail For existing manual rail and cart systems, we offer Softrol Virtual Rail (PVRM). This is a hardware and software package that can be added to manual rail systems, offering better process control and an easier way to receive information.
