Assuring the highest quality
Softrol designs and manufactures all of our own circuit boards to ensure quality continuity from product to product. Other manufacturers may outsource from multiple off shore suppliers resulting in quality that cannot be closely monitored.
Testing to the highest standards
We have a rigorous testing procedure for both controls and circuit boards in which they are powered on after full assembly for 24 hours to make sure products are up to Softrol quality assurance standards. All circuit boards and controls are serialized for warranty tracking (one year warranty) and can be repaired easily by Softrol in the rare event of a board failure.
Customized controls for efficient performance
Controls are assembled and wired by hand and are modular in design for easy repair and maintenance. Each control is customized to machine type and may be equipped with a variety of energy saving features such as water saving options on washer controls and programmable algorithms on dryer controls for gas savings.
Softrol controls also network with a variety of reporting and programming software packages including our management information software to analyze chemical, water and gas usage as well as labor and loading efficiency.
